1.Working principle
The machine features an internal compression chamber. Waste paper enters the chamber through the feed inlet, where the compression mechanism applies pressure to compact the material into blocks. Upon completion of compression, the baler uses its strapping device to bundle the compressed material into packages, which are then discharged through the outlet.
This highly automated process significantly enhances operational efficiency.
2. Operating Procedures
2.1. Equipment Preparation:
Before commencing operations, inspect the packaging machine to ensure it is in proper working condition. Verify that the power supply is connected correctly, hydraulic fluid levels are adequate, and all function buttons operate smoothly.
2.2. Material Loading:
Neatly place waste paper into the feed opening according to specifications. Avoid exceeding the machine’s capacity to prevent compromising baling quality. Shred or cut waste paper into appropriate sizes for better compression.
2.3. Start Operation:
After confirming all preparations are complete, press the start button to activate the machine. The compression mechanism will automatically initiate, compacting the waste paper into blocks.
2.4. Strapping:
Upon completion of compression, the baler will automatically perform strapping. Select appropriate strapping material to ensure secure binding. After strapping, the baler will discharge the packaged material.
2.5. Cleaning and Maintenance:
After each baling cycle, promptly remove residual waste paper from the machine interior to maintain cleanliness. Perform regular maintenance, such as inspecting the hydraulic system and lubricating moving components, to extend the equipment’s service life.
3. Routine Maintenance
3.1. Regular Inspections:
Conduct weekly inspections of the horizontal waste paper baler, focusing on the hydraulic and electrical systems to ensure all functions operate normally.

Regularly lubricate all moving parts using appropriate lubricants to prevent friction-related damage.
