Rotary drum scrubber screen

Rotary drum scrubber, also known as cylindrical washing machine, sieve screen machine.

Structure:

It mainly consists of a closed ore washing cylinder and a double-layer drum screen connected to the end of the cylinder.

The cylinder is supported horizontally by four rollers on two steel rings outside the cylinder.

The rotation is driven by a small gear through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder.

A lining plate is longitudinally installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, and there are ribs on the lining plate.

The reinforcing bars are arranged in a spiral pattern, with the pitch gradually increasing towards one end of the sieve, used to stir and push the material out.

Rotary drum scrubber application: 

1.Removing impurities:
Mainly used to remove impurities such as mud, sand, and stone powder from ores, and improve the purity of ores.

2.Improving ore taste:
Through cleaning, the taste of ore can be effectively improved, especially for ores with high mud content, such as sand gold, tungsten tin, manganese ore, iron ore, quartz sand, kaolin, etc.

3.Prevent equipment blockage:
Avoid clogging of crushing or screening equipment with mud containing mineral raw materials to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
