The motion trajectory of three axis vibrating screen is circular, and it performs circular motion. It is a multi-layer, high-efficiency new type of vibrating screen. It is specifically designed for screening stone materials in quarries, and can also be used for product grading in mining, coal preparation, beneficiation, building materials, power and chemical departments. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong excitation force, high screening efficiency, low vibration noise, durability, easy maintenance, and safe use.
It consists of a screening box, screen mesh, vibrator, and vibration reducing spring. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven to rotate by an electric motor through a coupling, generating centrifugal inertia force that forces the screen box to vibrate.
